Before purchase · Private offer PDF
For customers who have received a private offer, a customer-specific proposal from the publisher. Public plan purchases do not require a private offer.
- In the Microsoft portal, use the account with access to the intended billing account. Open Marketplace → Private offer management and select the offer.
- Open View + accept, then Download PDF. Choose whether to include attachments and save the original PDF.
- Open the downloaded PDF in your PDF reader and use Print for your internal review.
Accept and purchase are separate actions; neither is needed just to view the offer PDF. Review the seller, prices, currency, terms and dates shown in the original. A Microsoft-hosted export is not proof that Microsoft is the quotation issuer or seller.
No private offer received? A draft or public listing alone does not provide this PDF. Do not purchase a subscription just to obtain a quotation. This page does not confirm that a private offer is available for your account.

Download the original invoice from the purchasing account’s billing area once it has been issued. The route and timing depend on your Microsoft billing account type. A quote or account-configuration email is not an invoice.

Obtain the card transaction receipt from your card issuer. Keep it separate from the Microsoft invoice; a portal payment status is not the card receipt itself.
