SERVICE INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Updated September 30, 2026
GIS Arc GeoCompute processes the spatial files you submit, stores conversion results and checks your Microsoft subscription to provide access. This notice explains the information involved.
Information we process
- Sign-in information. Microsoft account and organization identifiers, the email or profile information returned during sign-in, and authentication sessions. We use these to identify the subscription owner and control access. You enter your Microsoft password with Microsoft, not in this workspace.
- Files and conversion settings. The CSV or GeoJSON content you submit, coordinate settings and field mappings. These may contain personal information if it is present in your data. The application processes the input in memory and does not save a separate copy of the original upload.
- Results. A private ZIP containing the converted GeoJSON, conversion report and manifest. The converted file retains the resulting coordinates and attributes. Reports include field mappings, counts, timestamps, file sizes and file fingerprints used to check integrity. Personal information in the input can therefore remain in a stored result.
- Subscription and usage records. Subscription identifiers, plan and status, billing-period dates, job identifiers and outcomes, usage counts and subscription-event records. These support access checks, included usage, duplicate-request protection and investigation of service problems. Microsoft handles checkout and payment details; this workspace does not collect card numbers.
- Support correspondence. Your email address, message and any information you choose to send when requesting help.
How we use your data
We use this information to authenticate you, connect your subscription, validate and convert your files, provide results, maintain usage records and respond to support requests. GeoCompute uses file-validation and coordinate-conversion code. The conversion pipeline does not send your dataset to an AI model or use it to train one.
Submit only data you are authorized to process. Remove unnecessary personal or sensitive information before uploading.
Service providers and location
- Supabase provides authentication, application execution, the database and private result storage. The project’s database and storage are configured in the Seoul region.
- Microsoft provides Microsoft sign-in, Marketplace purchasing and subscription information used to verify access.
- Cloudflare delivers the website. Website requests can include IP addresses, browser information and the requested URL.
- Google Workspace receives and stores messages sent to our support email address, including your sender information, message and any attachments you send.
These providers may process authentication, network, diagnostic and support information in other locations. The database region does not mean that every part of the service processes information only in that region.
The application does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Infrastructure providers may still maintain operational and security logs under their own policies. See the Supabase privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement, Cloudflare privacy policy, Google Cloud privacy notice and Google’s customer data processing terms.
Information in your browser
The workspace uses storage for the current browser tab to retain recovery request IDs, subscription and plan identifiers, a temporary sign-in verifier and a short-lived purchase handoff. Access and refresh tokens, source-file contents and downloaded result bytes stay in application memory rather than persistent browser storage.
A ZIP you explicitly download is saved by your browser to the location you choose. Microsoft and other providers may use their own cookies or storage on their services.
Stored records and your choices
The service currently has no fixed automatic expiry for stored results and account, subscription and usage records. Signing out or cancelling a subscription does not delete them. Result access also depends on a valid session and an eligible subscription. Download results you need to keep.
To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or restriction of its processing, email [email protected]. Describe the request and the relevant account or job. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
Privacy contact and changes
